Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting a small New Zealand business.

Every order is carefully packed and sent from our studio in Canterbury, New Zealand. We aim to get your order to you safely, quickly, and beautifully presented.

Processing Times
Most orders are packed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

Please allow additional time during:
• New collection launches
• Sales periods
• Public holidays
• Peak seasons (especially Christmas)

Original artwork, made-to-order items, or custom commissions may have longer lead times.

Shipping Within New Zealand
We ship nationwide using tracked courier services.

Estimated delivery:
• South Island: 1–3 business days after dispatch
• North Island: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Rural addresses may take a little longer.

Framed prints will take an extra 2-4 weeks as all frames are made from scratch. If you order more items with your framed print, they will be sent separately 

International Shipping
Shipping times can vary anywhere from 1-4 weeks

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing. Any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that international delivery estimates are not guaranteed.

Tracking
Where available, tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Packaging
We take great care in packaging all artwork and products to help ensure they arrive safely.

Fine art prints are packed flat or rolled depending on size. Originals and framed pieces receive additional protective packaging.

Shipping Delays
Once your parcel has been handed to the courier, delivery times are outside our control. While we’ll always do our best to help, we cannot guarantee courier timeframes.

Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your delivery details before ordering. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may require additional shipping charges to resend.
