Commission a Custom Artwork

There’s something special about creating a piece that means something personally — whether it’s a beloved horse, dog, farm scene, landscape, or a moment you never want to forget.

All commission pieces are created by hand in my signature style using professional archival materials and painted to last.

Pricing

Commission prices start from $750 NZD for an A3 watercolour artwork. Final pricing depends on subject complexity, number of subjects, size, and level of detail required.

Reference Photos

The better the reference, the better the artwork. Please provide the highest resolution images possible. Phone screenshots, heavily cropped images, or blurry photos may not be suitable. Multiple reference photos are always helpful, especially for colour, markings, lighting, and personality.

A Good Fit Matters

I want every commissioned piece leaving the studio to be something I’m genuinely proud of. Because of that, I don’t accept every commission request. If I don’t believe I can create something to the standard I expect, I’ll be honest and decline rather than deliver something that isn’t my best work.

Timing

Current wait times are approximately 2–4 months. If your artwork is for a birthday, anniversary, memorial, Christmas, or another time-sensitive occasion, please reach out. I can’t guarantee availability, but I’ll always do my best where possible.

How It Works

Once you enquire, we’ll chat through your idea, references, sizing, and timing before confirming your booking. A deposit may be required to secure your place in the queue.
