How long does it take to receive a commission?
Waiting list is anywhere from 2 - 4 months, but if you have a time dependant request please get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I do not accept returns or exchanges for custom commissions,

(I can replace damaged prints though.) However, I will refund you if it is damaged in the mail. Just email me about what happened and I'll be happy to help!​

How long does shipping take?
Usually overnight for South Island orders and 2-3 days for North Island.

Can I purchase digital files?
The purchasing rights to digital artwork in unattainable sorry

Do you ship internationally?
Sure do, and I usually use PayPal for international transactions for commissions.

Do your prints come framed?
There are framed and unframed options on most prints. When you select framing, please allow an extra 2-3 weeks for shipping

Will my print be hand-signed?
MOST prints come hand-signed, with the exception of most nursery artwork (ABCs etc) purely because there isn't much room to sign these these without them getting cut off in frames, so I tend to leave these unsigned

How often do you have have sales?
I don't often do sales online but I do trade show deals when I travel around New Zealand exhibiting at different shows (Like Horse of then Year, The Baby Expo etc) I also often post originals/prints for sale on my Facebook page for discounted prices. So be sure to follow me on social media

What supplies do you use?
I purchase all my art supplies from https://www.gordonharris.co.nz I make all my prints in house on a professional canon printer on beautiful 316GSM cotton rag paper.
