Do you do custom paintings?
Yes, absolutely. Please get in touch if you’d like to chat about a custom piece.
How long does it take to receive a commission?
My waiting list is usually around 2–4 months. If you have a time-sensitive request, please get in touch and I’ll see what I can do.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I don’t accept returns or exchanges on custom commissions. However, if a print arrives damaged, please email me with photos and I’ll be happy to help arrange a replacement or refund.
What print sizes do you offer?
A2: 420 mm × 594 mm
A3: 297 mm × 420 mm
A4: 210 mm × 297 mm
A5: 148 mm × 210 mm
How long does shipping take?
Within New Zealand, shipping is usually overnight for South Island orders and around 2–3 business days for North Island orders. International shipping can vary from 2–6 weeks depending on destination and customs.
Can I purchase digital files?
Yes — I have a whole collection available under Digital Downloads.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do. International shipping is available on selected items, and international commission payments are usually handled through PayPal.
Do your prints come framed?
Most prints have framed and unframed options available. If you choose framing, please allow an extra 2–4 weeks before dispatch.
Will my print be hand-signed?
Most prints are hand-signed. The main exception is some nursery artwork, such as ABC prints, as there often isn’t enough clear space to sign without the signature being hidden or cut off by framing.
How often do you have sales?
I don’t often run online sales, but I do sometimes offer trade show specials when exhibiting around New Zealand. I also occasionally post originals and prints for sale on my Facebook page, so following along on social media is the best way to catch those.
